Before you begin

Ask your Account Holder or an Admin to create a Team Key. If API access hasn’t been enabled, the Account Holder must request it first.

Open Team Keys

In App Store Connect, open Users and Access → Integrations → App Store Connect API → Team Keys. ReviewTower uses a Team Key, not an Individual Key.

Create your review key

Generate a key named ReviewTower with Customer Support access. Apple Team Keys apply across your apps; they cannot be restricted to one app.

Download once, keep it safe

Download the .p8 file. Apple only allows one download. Copy the Issuer ID from Team Keys and the Key ID next to your new key.

Verify in ReviewTower

Open Settings → Connect your stores. Enter both IDs, upload the .p8 file, and choose Verify & connect. Wait for the import result, then open your inbox.
