How to connect

Generate an App Store Connect API key
In App Store Connect → Users and Access → Integrations → App Store Connect API:
- Click the + button, enter ReviewTower, and select Customer Support access
- Download the .p8 file — you can only download it once
- Note your Issuer ID (shown at the top of the page) and Key ID (listed next to your new key)

Add your credentials in ReviewTower
Go to Settings → Store Credentials:
- Enter your Issuer ID and Key ID
- Upload your .p8 file
- Click Save credentials — they're encrypted immediately

Connect your iOS app
- Go to the Apps page and click Add App — give it a name (e.g. your app's display name)
- Click + Add iOS on the app you just created
- ReviewTower fetches your apps from App Store Connect automatically — select yours from the list and save

Reviews start flowing
ReviewTower automatically polls App Store Connect on your plan's sync schedule and pulls in new reviews. You'll see them appear in your dashboard within minutes of the initial sync.
