What counts as an app?+
One product group counts as one app. You can connect its iOS and Android versions within that group without using a second slot.
Can I start without paying?+
Yes. Create a Free account for one app, with no card and no time limit. You choose whether and when to upgrade.
How does AI usage work?+
AI Reply and Polish share your team’s allowance. Each request counts once, whether you generate a reply or edit a draft. Both the daily and monthly limits shown above apply; usage is visible in Billing.
Do replies go out automatically?+
No. AI creates a draft. You can edit it, add context, or polish the wording. You choose when to send it to the store.
Can I change or cancel my plan?+
Yes. Manage your subscription from Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Your plan returns to the Free app limit; your existing review data is retained.
What do I need to connect my apps?+
For review syncing and replies, connect your App Store Connect API credentials or a Google Play service account. Our setup guides walk you through the permissions required.
