1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ReviewTower ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReviewTower is a web-based platform that allows mobile app developers and teams to monitor, manage, and respond to app store reviews from Apple App Store Connect and Google Play. The Service connects to third-party store APIs using credentials you provide.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others outside your organization.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party terms of service (including Apple's and Google's developer agreements).
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access the Service in unauthorized ways.
• Use the Service to post fraudulent, misleading, or abusive reviews.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written consent.
• Introduce malware, spam, or otherwise harm the Service or its users.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with Apple App Store Connect and Google Play via official APIs. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right permissions and comply with Apple's and Google's developer program agreements when using ReviewTower. ReviewTower is not affiliated with Apple Inc. or Google LLC.

6. Billing & Subscriptions

• The Free plan is available at no cost with limitations described on the Pricing page.
• Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
• Refunds are at our discretion. Contact us at billing@reviewtower.com for billing issues.

7. Data & Privacy

Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to operate and improve the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

ReviewTower and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewTower shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
