Frequently asked questions

What counts as an "app"?

Each unique app (identified by its bundle ID or package name) counts as one app. An iOS version and an Android version of the same product each count as 1 app.

Is the free plan really free forever?

Yes. The free plan supports 1 app (iOS & Android included) with no time limit and no credit card required.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade to Pro or cancel at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; cancellations apply at the end of your billing period.

What happens to my data if I cancel Pro?

Your reviews and data are preserved. You'll revert to the free plan limit of 1 app — if you have more connected, new reviews won't be fetched until you reduce to 1.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your App Store and Google Play credentials are encrypted at rest. We use Supabase (Postgres) with row-level security, and all data is isolated per organization.
