Start free. Upgrade when you need more apps, AI assistance, or room for your team.
Free review allowance
Free includes up to 500 historical reviews once and 500 new reviews per calendar month, shared across App Store and Google Play. Removing or reconnecting an app does not reset the allowance. Existing imported reviews are kept.
The inbox shows usage and a notice at 80%. At 500 new reviews, imports pause until you upgrade or the next month starts at 00:00 UTC. You can still read and reply to imported reviews. Missed reviews are recovered where the store still makes them available; complete recovery is not guaranteed. Pro and Agency do not have these Free-plan import caps. Historical availability still depends on the store.
Choose your plan
All plans include the review inbox, store replies, and email notifications. Pro and Agency add AI Reply, Polish, and saved templates. An app’s grouped iOS and Android versions count as one app.

AI allowances
Each AI generation or polish counts as one request. Allowances are shared across your team, and both limits apply. View your usage in Settings → Billing.

Upgrade
- As the account owner, open Settings → Billing.
- Choose Pro or Agency and monthly or annual billing.
- Complete checkout and return to ReviewTower.
Your plan activates once payment confirmation reaches ReviewTower. If it is still processing, refresh Billing shortly.
Manage your subscription
Open Settings → Billing and choose Manage subscription to update your payment method, view invoices, or manage cancellation.
When you cancel at the end of a billing period, paid access continues until that date. Afterward, Free plan limits apply. Your imported reviews are not deleted.
