Edit replies & use AI

Select a review and type your response. On Pro or Agency, click AI Reply to generate a draft, or use Templates for a saved response.

1. 1Add text to the reply editor, either by typing or using AI Reply.
2. 2Click Polish and choose a tone, or describe how you want to change the draft.
3. 3Include useful context, such as an update planned for next week. Apply the change, review the result, and adjust it as needed.

Polish becomes available when the editor contains text. Each AI generation or polish uses one AI request; check your allowance in Billing.

1. 1Find the review in Replied or All and select it.
2. 2Click Edit reply, make your changes, and click Post reply.

ReviewTower also imports available replies from your connected stores during syncs.

Reply deletion is not available in the ReviewTower editor. Manage removal in the store console, then sync to refresh the review.
