ReviewTower checks your stores in the background and imports available reviews and developer replies.
Automatic updates
You do not need to keep ReviewTower open for scheduled syncs to run.

Check for updates
Use Sync now in the dashboard to request an update. Check the status beside each store on the Apps page. Large imports and store processing can take longer.
Public and connected reviews
Public listings let you preview reviews before connecting a store. A verified store connection lets ReviewTower import available developer replies and enable replying. Store APIs may return different review history from the public listing.
Resolve a sync issue
- Check the affected store on the Apps page for its sync status.
- In Settings → General, use Verify saved key & import to check access.
- Fix any missing app permissions or replace an expired or revoked key, then try again.
A saved key must have access to the specific app. If the store is temporarily unavailable, try syncing again later.
