App Store and Google Play reviews, in one place. Your home screen starts with reviews that need a reply.
Find what needs attention
Combine filters to narrow the list. Use Reset filters to return to the default inbox.

| Status | Switch between Needs reply, Replied, Archived, and All. |
Read and reply
- Select a review to read its full text and any existing developer reply.
- Write your response. On Pro or Agency, you can also use AI Reply, Polish, or Templates.
- Review the draft, then click Post reply.
Connect your stores in Settings → General to reply. Reviews imported from public listings may need a verified store sync before they are available for replying.
Keep your inbox focused
Archive a review when it does not need a response. Use the Archived view to find it again. Archiving in ReviewTower does not remove the review from the store.
