Email notifications

1. 1Open Settings → General in the organization you want to manage.
2. 2Turn Email me about new reviews on or off. This changes only your own notifications.
3. 3Changes save automatically.

Notifications default on when you join an organization. Each owner, admin, and member controls their own preference separately for each organization. Leaving an organization stops its emails. Existing opt-outs are preserved.

Alerts follow scheduled review syncs, so delivery depends on when new reviews are imported. If an expected email is missing, check that notifications are enabled, your spam folder, and the app’s sync status.
