Configure which events trigger email or in-app notifications.
Coming soon — Configurable notifications are actively being developed. Email summaries and webhook-based alerts are on the roadmap.
Planned features
New review alerts
Get notified whenever a new review is synced.
Low-rating alerts
Receive an immediate notification for 1 or 2-star reviews.
Daily digest
A daily email summary of new reviews and average rating.
Weekly report
A weekly email with trends, reply rate, and highlights.
Notifications will be configurable per-app and per-team-member so each user can choose the alert level that works for them.
Current workaround
Until configurable notifications are available, you can check the dashboard manually or trigger a sync and refresh to see the latest reviews.
