Inviting Teammates
Add colleagues to your ReviewTower organization so your entire team can monitor and respond to reviews. Team members are available on the Pro and Agency plans.
Free plan: The Free plan supports only the account owner. Upgrade to Pro or Agency to add team members. See Billing & Plans for details.
Sending an invite
- 1Go to Settings → Team from the dashboard sidebar.
- 2Click Invite member and enter their email address.
- 3Choose a role (see below) and click Send invite.
The invitee receives an email with a unique invite link valid for 7 days. If they don't accept in time, you can resend it from the Team settings page.
Roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access — billing, credentials, team management, and all apps |
| Admin | Add and manage apps, store credentials, and invite members — cannot change billing or transfer ownership |
| Member | View and reply to reviews — cannot add apps, manage credentials, or invite others |
Resending or revoking an invite
Pending invites appear on the Team settings page. Click Resend to send a fresh link, or Revoke to cancel the invitation entirely.
Removing a team member
From Settings → Team, click the ellipsis menu next to any active member and choose Remove from organization. They will immediately lose access.
