Invite your team
Give teammates access to your apps and reviews. Owners and admins can manage invitations and roles.

Pending invitations reserve a seat until they are accepted, cancelled, or expire. Each account can own one organization and join other organizations by invitation. Each organization has its own plan and app limits.
Send an invitation
- Open Settings → Team.
- Enter your teammate’s email address under Invite a teammate. They don’t need an existing ReviewTower account.
- Choose Member or Admin, then click Invite.
Your teammate receives an email with a link valid for 7 days. They can sign in or create an account, verify the invited email address, and accept the invitation.
Choose a role

| Admin | Manage reviews, apps, store connections, notifications, and the team. |
| Member | View and reply to reviews. |
Manage access
- Use Copy link beside a pending invitation to share its link again. If it expires, create a new invitation.
- To cancel an invitation, click its trash icon and confirm. This frees its reserved seat.
- To remove a teammate, click their trash icon and confirm. They lose access to this account. The owner cannot be removed here.
