- Open Apps and start adding an app.
- Choose App Store or Google Play, then find and select your listing.
- If your app is on both stores, add the other store version to the same app. They count as one app on your plan.
You can start with public reviews. Connect your stores next to import available developer replies and reply from ReviewTower.
Connect your stores
Open Settings → General. Add your App Store Connect key or Google Play service-account JSON, then click Verify & connect. Store connections are shared across your apps; you do not need a separate key for each app.

Open Reviews to see the Needs reply inbox. Choose a review, write a response, and click Post reply. Pro and Agency also include AI Reply, Polish, and saved templates.
Check your notifications
New-review emails are on by default for new accounts. In Settings → General, choose whether you receive new-review emails for this organization.
