Quick Start Guide
From sign-up to first reviews in under 10 minutes

Create your account
Head to ReviewTower sign-up and create your account with your work email. After confirming your email, you will be prompted to name your organization — this is the shared workspace your teammates will join.

Connect your first app
From the Apps page in the dashboard, click Connect app. Choose your platform:
iOS (App Store) — requires an App Store Connect API key. iOS integration guide →
Android (Google Play) — requires a Google Play service account JSON key. Android integration guide →
Paste your credentials into the connection form and click Connect. ReviewTower encrypts and stores the credentials immediately — they are never stored in plaintext.

Wait for your first sync
After connecting, ReviewTower starts an initial review fetch in the background. This generally completes within 30–60 seconds. You can also trigger an immediate sync from the dashboard by clicking the Sync now button.

Explore the dashboard
Once synced, the Reviews page shows all your reviews with filters for platform, star rating, and reply status. The Overview page shows aggregate stats and a recent-reviews feed.
