Reply on App Store
Respond to App Store reviews without leaving your inbox.
Connect your store first
Save and verify your store key in Settings → General. Make sure the connection has permission to reply for this app, then let ReviewTower sync its reviews.

- Open Reviews and select the review you want to answer.
- Type a draft, or use AI Reply, Polish, or Templates on a paid plan.
- Review your response, then click Post reply.
Your reply is public. Store processing can delay when it appears on the listing.
If you cannot reply
- Verify the saved key in Settings → General and check access for the affected app.
- If a reply already exists, select Edit reply to update it.
- If a review is unavailable, sync again and check whether it still appears in the store console.
