Organization Settings
Manage your organization name, store credentials, and other workspace-wide preferences.
Organization name
Go to Settings → General to update your organization name. This name appears in invitation emails and throughout the dashboard. Only owners and admins can change it.
Store credentials
Credentials for App Store Connect and Google Play are stored at the organization level and shared across all apps in your workspace. To view or update credentials, go to Settings → Credentials.
Credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 before being written to the database. ReviewTower employees cannot read your credentials in plaintext. See Credential encryption for more detail.
Updating credentials
- 1Go to Settings → Credentials.
- 2Click Update next to the credential you want to change.
- 3Paste the new key or JSON and click Save.
The next sync will use the updated credentials. If the new credentials are invalid, a sync error will appear on the dashboard.
